It’s really easy to hold, has a nice weight in the hand, doesn’t roll, keeps a charge for a decent time (I’m a heavy user) & is just downright fun in a weird simple way! “Fantastic Customer service, I mean, It was as if They really understood how badly I needed this item and They Dropped everything and got this Item out the door Like Now! The Item works fine I do wish they had the Item without auto log off although it could be a good option if your proned to get your finger stuck to the button. Also I like the Square concept, best invention since the wheel. Keeps the Item from rollin off the edge”
“While it looked pretty cool and it worked for about two days before it quit!
oh the pretty lights worked but the battery stopped heating. Removed cartridge, plugged in charger, let it charge, reinstalled cartridge, oh it’s working again… Used it twice, picked it up next day and shazam, the lights work but again no heat. Couldn’t be dead already, plugged in usb-c cable watching… when charged, tried to use, turned on, preheat, changed voltage… all the lights worked. NO heat.”
