“I'm leaving this review after nearly a month of usage. Every single hit produces this burnt artificial taste right after it buzzes indicating it's ready to be hit. It's been just about a month and this issue is still very prevalent. The same burnt artificial taste is the same across different rosin strains I'm vaping so it's definitely an issue with the hardware. Reaching out to support has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever faced. Extremely slow response times. I've currently been waiting for 8 days and counting for my next response. . For about the same price I would highly recommend the Dr Dabber XS. I got that over a year ago and have had zero complaints. The vapor path in these don't touch any silicone, just pure glass. On blue mode I can taste some nuanced terps I don't get with rigs. Just added a 3mm terp pearl I ironically bought for the Pivot and the XS rips even better. Price point is about the same too.”
