“The first device I ordered arrived DOA after trying a few things they told me to return it for a REFUND. I mailed it back and purchased a new device, that device arrived in working order and is great, but after almost a month I still hadn’t gotten my REFUND. After a lot of back and forth I was told I was only getting a CREDIT not a REFUND even though they sent me an email explicitly saying REFUND. I was told the CREDIT would automatically apply to my next purchase…it did not. After complaining again I was then given a GIFT CARD. I now have 2 devices and a gift card I can use on a third device when I only wanted and needed one device. I also purchased the shipping protection all 3x so that must just be an extra way for them to siphon more money away from the customer.”
