“Lighter USA sent me a broken lighter. It shot flames over a foot long, totally out of control. They didn’t respond to my emails, so I followed their return process and mailed it back to them. They sent me an email acknowledging receipt of the lighter and issuing a refund, but they never actually refunded my card. Now I’m disputing the charge with my bank. Needless to say, I will not be a repeat customer.”
