“Unfortunately, I received coil evolve replacements versus the ceramic ones I ordered. I have ordered a few times before, Never have I seen them loosely thrown in a bag. Usually they come in a small slide out box of 5. What happened? I like doing business with Lighter USA, but this has me reconsidering. Wrong product and bad packaging with 2 not working,”
“Hard to rate when you don't need it or have to use it plus was added twice didn't notice was selected on should be turned off let me turn on when I choose to”
