“My initial order was listed as delivered but it never came. I put a dispute in with USPS and emailed LighterUSA about it immediately. I was told to wait and see if it came in a few days. It didnt and I emailed 3 more times with no response. I finally just called and they were quick to resolve the issue after explaining all the trouble I had encountered.
My new package got to me within 2 days with no issue this time and I'm happy to say I'm very pleased with my Yocan Orbit. It works great and I'm happy to have another Yocan in gold, especially at a super discounted price. Thanks LighterUSA!”
