“I've bought so many lighters over the years. I've found that the expensive ones such as Vector and Calibri don't last any longer than the lighters costing 50% less. Usually, I get about 6 months use from most lighters. I've owned a few Vertigo Governor Lighters and they've lasted longer than all the others. I like the adjustment wheel on the bottom as they're so much easier to adjust than the inset ones that you must have a tool to make an adjustment. There are quality control issues with all lighters, but I'll keep buying Vertigo lighters as long as they have an overall longer life than other brands.”
“I wish this lighter would light up on the first try more often. I do like the feel and look. I am using Colibri butane fuel in the lighter. It does seem to light more consistently if it is warm.”
“This lighter has a nice and easy-to-control flame. Though I should also point out that the click ignition feature (like all others that light the same way) gets a little "wonky," after a week or so of regular use.”
