“I accidentally ordered these caps instead of the regular evolve coil caps. I emailed customer service when my package arrived and realized my error and they took care of everything. Sent me the ones that I needed along with a return envelope and shipping label to send the ones I ordered by mistake back. The whole process to exchange them was super easy. I really was expecting to have to eat the small cost of my error. Super pleased. Oh and the coil caps are great as well. Definitely recommend ordering extras as they are small and get lost easily. Also kind of liking the idea of loading up spare coils/caps to have on hand to easily swap out and use different strains. Definitely nice for on the go sessions.”
