“I needed to return this and you guys made it so hard to make a return. You didn’t get back to me until after the 14 days so it was impossible for me to return the item or exchange it. Your voicemail is full so you can’t get through to anybody and emailing takes weeks they make it impossible to exchange or return anything.”
