“I bought the Yocan XL and when it arrived I noticed that the outer casing was not lined up with the base making the charging port inaccessible. I contacted customer service through their email system since no one was available on the customer service phone line. They sent a link to start the return which is expected, what wasn’t expected was the immediate credit applied to my account that I used to purchase another Yocan XL with a decorative warp. There was a $2 difference which I paid and they sent it out to me long before my return was back to them. Wow! They trusted me to follow through with my end. The new Yocan works great and we love the design. It’s our first experience with concentrates and whoooo! Be careful to not take too much”
“Rounding up here--really about a 3.5. Works OK once you figure out how to use it, although it can get very hot--could be user error. Main problem is that it does not come with instructions and it's use is hardly intuitive. E.g., you have to push the button five times to turn it on.”
