“I first received my pen and was not satisfied because the magnet connecting the top to the base was very unreliable. I contacted customer service and the next morning I quickly got a reply that they would be sending me a new replacement top. The new top works great and is much stronger! Great customer service and great product. The price I payed was half of what I would have payed at my local smoke shop. I am very satisfied with the Evolve Plus XL, an upgrade from my previous Evolve Plus. Although it is a bit trickier to load and takes longer I do not mind because the product lasts me longer and I enjoy having the option of bigger hits.”
“When I first got the pen I thought it was gonna be too big but it is the perfect size, feels great in the hand. Really good airflow and the concentrates last long time in the pen. Best pen I’ve ever had.”
