“I have bought 4 Evolve Plus pens from lighter USA and all of them broke. On 3 of them the button popped off and the fourth one the battery came loose. The last one I just ordered was from January 6 when I placed the order and broke on January 22. Lighter USA will not replace it and just offered me a discount of $10. That are selling B stock items and will not honor their sales. The first 3 times I didn’t complain but this time it’s way too soon from when I ordered it. They can keep the $10 discount I will never order from these scammers again. There’s a reason they sell their stuff so cheap don’t get scammed by them like I was.”
