“I bought a pen that was never delivered and instead of helping me resolve the issue, I just got ignored and my emails stopped being replied too. I’ve paid for 2-3 day shipping and my order took WEEKS to come. I’ve asked for my shipping reimbursed and got ignored again. All I got told was it was due to covid yet I’ve received my orders faster from eBay where I don’t have to pay for shipping. I will NEVER buy from this merchant/site again. Absolute trash”
“Absolutely love! Shipping was timely and I was updated every step of the way. Works perfectly and the temperature isn’t too hot or too cold! Perfect for small portable smoking.”
