“SCAM COMPANY!!!
I purchase a few things from lighterusa and all the items were defective. They will not let me sign in anymore to return or get a refund.
SCAM COMPANY!!
I have to dispute charges thru my credit card company for over a month now.
3 of the 5 XTAL coils didn't work and I can not get in contact with them to get a refund or anything. They have stopped allowing me to sign in to my account.
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!”
“I purchased the XTAL coil and was disappointed. The quality seemed decent enough but I found it took way too long to get to temp. Once it got to temp, the flavor and cloud production was great but after a couple hits, it started tasting rubbish. That was consistent for every use. I prefer the quad coil but have not yet tried the ceramic donut.”
