“I ordered this as a replacement battery for my favorite pen: it's awesome. Quality was perfect, it arrived quickly, is the right color and is in great shape. Super happy with my purchase. Thanks for being Awesome!”
“Terrible customer service. I have been calling every day for a week solid, left multiple voice mails and sent them an email. No response. Today their voicemail is full. This is the second round of Evolve XL batteries I have bought that have died in a short period of time. This time I had all 3 die, the 3rd one does today, all within 90 days. Apparently I am going to have to dispute the credit card charge since they won't respond and don't answer the phone at the toll free number.”
“Battery lasts longer than I expected. Overall quality is really good and coil replacement will not be required very often. I am going to try a ceramic donut coil and compare it to the quad. I do wish the ceramic donut was as big as the quad coil.”
