“I ordered the HIT2 from Lighter USA and chose OVERNIGHT shipping, but they shipped regular express mail, and after 2 weeks my HIT2 never showed up. Originally I just wanted to have my overnight charges reimbursed since they didn't bother to ship it that way - but they refused. Refused all opportunities to work with me. So my review is Lighter USA sucks and doesn't care, wish I could tell you more about the Yocan Hit2. In the end, my cc company did a chargeback and covered my loss. But NEVER AGAIN LighterUSA, NEVER AGAIN!”
