“Yocan batteries are the gold standard. Never any issues with any types of cartridge battery they produces. These pen style guys are super simple and have the bonus of twist control setting for those extra viscous carts. Will continue buying.”
“Super cool little Yocan 510 battery with preheat and adjustable heat settings. This little guy has great features and keeps a charge for a long time. It's lite weight and durable. Highly recommended and it's expensive for all the bells and whistles. You can not go wrong with Yocan and Lighter USA. I have purchased many items from Lighter USA and they have been easy transactions and items come with FREE SHIPPING!”
“I ordered this product and it was never delivered to me. I wrote to customer service multiple times and never got a response, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card to get my money back.”
“I've had two of these. One over a year ago and one last month.
First one eventually broke from wear and tear. Second one was obviously defective and the soder in the middle detached.
LighterUSA wouldn't replace a clear defect since "we were outside of 14 day window" and so this will be my last purchase from this outlet. Keep the $15 and I'll be moving somewhere else for all further purchases.
Decent cheap battery, terrible customer service with automated responses. Awful experience over a $15 battery. As a returning customer I should have been taken care of.
Consider my experience when purchasing.”
