“Title: Two worked great, one showed up defective
I ordered three of these from Lighter USA. Shipping was reasonable and the package showed up in a decent amount of time. One was a gift, and the other two were for me because I always like to have a backup.
Out of the three, two are working perfectly so far. The green one works, and the pink one I gave as a gift is working too. The problem was with the black one I ordered. Right out of the box it had an issue where the battery connects to the atomizer/torch head. It looks like the wiring or solder connection was missed or not done properly, so that one is useless now.
This is the second time I’ve bought a product from Lighter USA that had a fault right from the start, which is disappointing. That being said, other products I’ve bought from them have been very good, so I’m not saying everything they sell is bad. I’m just disappointed with the quality control on this one.
Overall, when it works, it seems like a good product. But getting one defective unit out of three is frustrating, especially when the issue appears to be a basic soldering/connection problem.”
“Got tired of my old dangerous enail and replaced with this.
Works great and totally safe.
Get a hot nail for putting the dabs in, it is pretty small.
Bought extra coils too.”
“I had a Torch in the past (2020 edition) and when it completely broke I was heartbroken. I never thought I'd be able to get another one, but not only was I able to get a new one it was a new 2025 edition. Same absolutely amazing product with a longer battery life and designed to fit in almost any piece (always a feature) but now with a silicone sleeve for an even better fit. I loved my old Torch and never thought I'd find anything like it again, not only was I able to but again same great Enail only better then before! I will definitely be ordering a backup just in case. . . but I'll be keeping my eye out for the next new edition as I can't imagine it could possibly be a better device. (My favorite thing about the Torch is that not only does it hit smoothly but the clouds are incredible. New or old design,. . . both amazing products.”
“The device was working amazingly but then just randomly wouldn’t stop hitting continuously until the thing died and created a ton of smoke. I would recommend a higher quality enail”
