“Ordered 1/25 and as of 2/5 it has still not arrived. I paid for expedited shipping and my order still hasn't been delivered 11 days later. I've reached out to Customer Service and just been told it's a known issue and USPS's fault. Why offer expedited shipping if it is a known issue and impossible?”
