“Packaging was good and it was delivered quickly. However, the magnetic adapter that causes the lighter to actually work was defective. I called customer service immediately and they said I’d receive a replacement part within a week.
I did not receive a replacement part. I emailed about 3 times regarding the same adapter, but all they would reply to me was a tracking link to the already delivered product.
Very frustrating. I ended up buying new magnetic adapters on amazon for $20 because they refused to return my emails.
Now that I purchased my own adapters the product actually works pretty well.”
“A great find! Looks exactly like picture. Has a long lasting battery with quick charging. I would buy this product again. Easily fits into a pocket or purse.”
“It’s perfect! Works well, stays charged for days and feels so soft and smooth in your hand :)
Definite pleasure
Yes I would recommend this product!!!”
