“Made an order and had unexpected charges. So order was cancelled and confirmed by company. Made a replacement order. Charged for both orders and have received to date the sum of nothing. Customer service ignores issues and degrading to customer. Insurance will NOT fulfilled missing insured order. So I am coming to the realization that this is a great scam. Especially since it has used the medical needs of customer to exploit funds from customers! Rated five stars for a great scam! Saddest part was this companies products came highly recommend after my last product cought fire and melted down! I'm sure a negative review will never see the light of day!”
