Their response was it looked like it left the warehouse. After 20 some days I would hope so! I guess I’ll be pleasantly surprised if it ever reaches me since this company doesn’t seem to have a re-ship policy for lost mail. I guess I’ll check in after 2 months.”

“I literally never received the vape. I sent an email saying that I had never received it and tried to provide proof, and got a reply with just an update to with my package (it said it was delivered). I replied to that email and I told them the same thing, that I never received it. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted another one sent out to me. they didn’t reply to my email and I’m without my Uni Pro and without my $40 something dollars I paid for the Unit, going on 4 weeks after this ordeal”

The ability to freely select voltages from 2-4 volts .1 volt at a time makes it extremely easy to find the optimal temperature for terps or clouds, whatever your preference for whatever you’re vaping. The construction is solid, it feels good in my hand, lightweight but well made. The ease of changing carts, temps and using any size (so far) that I’ve tried make this my new go to cart battery.
