“Flimsy packaging, item came crushed and slightly cracked, but functional. I was offered a replacement, but only upon shipping it back myself, which would have cost me just as much in transportation and whatnot. When an item is visibly damaged I really don't think requiring the customer to return it is necessary, but oh well.
Understandable situation and reasonable enough response, but just frustrating and a pretty poor first impression. Sorry.”
