“It's a great adjustable voltage 510 battery, easy to use and comfortable to hold. I was unimpressed with the plastic. I like Yocan because their products are usually made of more durable metal”
“Sometimes it doesn't work as intended; doesn't easily 'connect' to the cart / magnet, preventing it from functioning. Randomly works but then loses its connection again. Sorta a big issue, to be honest. Would give 0-1 star if grading that particular battery. It is a 'bad' unit I would assume from my experiences. The other unit I have works far better. UNIs are pretty good; each differs though.”
“The controls are easy to operate but loud. The diameter dial could be a little tighter on the cartridges, and "righty tighty/lefty loosey" adjustment. I like the low profile but wish it was a little slimmer in the hand.”
“Ordered 2; had to return one that was hard to raise or lower cartridge. Exchange process was fair & fast. Had the replacement in 4 days. Five stars for lighter USA & 4 Stars for the product potential for having Mfg. defects.”
