“Love the product don't like Lighters USA. Sent me the wrong color, 2 of the same and charged some ludicrous extra shipping charge above shipping costs I didn't authorize. Will never consider another purchase based on my recent experience. Lighters USA should be embarrassed by their lack of communication and inability to resolve. I was a happy repeat customer. Not anymore.”
