“The spearmint 3 pouches have helped me wanted the urge to pick up a . I stopped smoking 6/15/25 for health reasons & started with 21mg patches, gum & lozenges. I'm now on 14mg patches gum & the pouches I've ordered. They immediately curve my urge & last longer than the gum. I will reorder another 5 pack ASAP ☺️.”
