“I wanted theses flickering lights to place amongst my artificial coals (which I do not light of course!) in our fireplace. They have certainly fooled my cat who takes up residence in front of them every evening now. Just a shame that the lights are held on a green wire as for my purpose black would have been much better.”

“These do look really good, but they are made of glass and I have already broken one of the bulbs as it fell on the floor and smashed! Luckily they came with one spare bulb. Also, the lead from the plug to the first bulb isn't very long at all (roughly 1.5m?) The plug is a normal plug which should be protected if it's outside. They also have a really chunky lead which is quite visible. Impressive flickering, life-like flame.”
