“We bought the pair of medieval candles for our hearth. They were well packaged and arrived quickly. They are a nice size and easy to operate. They take two AA batteries and we have opted for the timed operation. Put batteries in, click switch to timed ( we did this at 4pm and the lights come on then every day at the same time for six hours, going off at 10pm) we started them on 13th October and the batteries were still bright last night ( 20th October). They are ultra safe and pretty.”

“I bought these to go inside metal Moroccan lanterns with glass sides. From a distance they look very realistic, with a noticeable flicker, and because they are cool to touch they are much safer than a real candle. One of the candles in the pack of two was faulty, and the entire pack was replaced next day by first class post. Excellent customer service!”

“These candles are truly lovely and mood enhancing. They are not just for Christmas either and we have them on every night. There are three settings - on, off and timer...if the timer option is selected then they will stay on for 6 hrs then turn off for 18 and come on again the next day at the pre-selected time. The candles have a soft glow and from a distance could be mistaken for real candles, but without the smell or the danger of fire. Would recommend.”
