“Works but you can't place this in an outdoor plug socket due to the extended shape of the plug. Would have been better to have a standard plug and the transformer further along the cable. Had to return it.”

“It's great to have a plug in option rather than relying on solar or batteries. Only issue is I have an outside power supply and it's a fixed outside socket with cover and the plug doesn't fit. I have to use an extension which defeats the point of it being plugged in all year round”

“I emailed the customer service team at Lights4fun to advise that the two sets of lights that I had purchased a few months previously were not working properly which I thought must be a fault with the transformer. Literally within 5 minutes I had a response back to say that this did sound likely and that a replacement was being sent out by royal mail. I also was advised that I did not have to return the faulty transformer. I received the new one two days later. The customer service was absolutely excellent and when things do go wrong this is how you can truly judge a company so very well done !! I would not hesitate to purchase again from them again.”
