“yes all was fine except when i rang today as we had one string of white led oudoor lights did not work.I was advised a squirrel may have nibbled cable OR damp had got into lights OR they had been stored incorrectly. Lights are always wrapped individually and placed in a box then put into loft. I was advised our lights were old ,purchased in 2011 and you no longer stocked our lights.The lady then advised 50000 hours was the norm for these lights,however going back to 2011 the lights were switched on for 5 hours per day that equates to 35hours per week = 140 hours per year.From 2011 until 2014 when lights were switched on that equals 560 hours not 50000. Yet again (as well as last year) we have had to purchase new lights.If lights are suitable for outside use then after 4 years only they should still be suited for purpose? We now have one set of icicle lights which no longer work but we will not be purchasing any further lights from your company,We have recommended your company to several friends but they too have had problems.”
