Using just 2 x AA batteries (not supplied) you can expect between 30 and 50 hours illumination before you have to change them. These battery lights are static only and operate with a simple ON-OFF switch. Each LED is sealed and cannot be replaced.

“This is the 3rd year I have ordered the 10 LED fairy lights and have been very satisfied with them. I think that the price is reasonable but haven't compared them with other products. I shall re-order again if my crocheted wreaths sell well.”

“These are basic LED lights on a clear cable. The lights are a pleasant warm-white colour, not too yellow, and nice and bright. Nothing special on their own, but excellent for table decorations, intertwining with flowers or in a wreath, etc. The LED lights don't get warm so won't damage plants or paper. The cable is inconspicuous and easy to hide within a decoration. I have used them with a Christmas wreath, winding them round the leaves and twigs, and they look really effective. The lights are powered with 2x AA batteries, with a simple on/off switch, and lasted well over Christmas being switched on for a few hours every day. The battery pack is the hardest bit to hide in a decoration - it's only the size of the batteries, but the AA batteries are quite bulky and heavy compared to the rest of the light string, so you need to have somewhere to put it. I would recommend these lights as an easy way to enhance table decorations, Christmas garlands and wreaths, etc., safer and brighter than candles and very versatile, but you do need somewhere to hide the battery pack.”
