There are 100 white LED bulbs evenly spread over 10m of dark green cable, powered by the attached solar panel. There are 8 multifunctions so you can switch between static & flashing functions by pressing the button on the back of the panel. Wipe the surface of the panel with a damp cloth from time to time to ensure best results. “Bought 4 sets of the LED solar fairy lights for my back garden trees. Looked fantastic on the initial turn on but then haven't had the charge to turn on any night since. Totally my fault for not reading the listing correctly as it does state British winters don't favour these lights. I recommend opting for the timed battery version over these if mains power supply isn't an option.”

“I charged them as directed for at least 16 hours. The first night they were amazing! The second night they did not work at all. I am now recharging them again, as directed. I understand that if they still do not work that I need to check the battery which I of course will do. Were they properly checked before they were dispatched though I wonder? I am hoping not to have call LightsforFun. Fingers crossed. Amanda”
