Hello Sunil, Thank you for your review and your time on the phone this afternoon, it was lovely speaking with you. Once again I am sorry that your Lantern isn't illuminating for as long as you would hope it to on an evening. Solar products do require a good few hours of solid direct sunlight for it to charge up and if we are having days which are cloudy and not sunny then you will find that your Solar products don't illuminate for very long on an evening. As promised, I have sent you some brand new Solar Batteries so you should find that when we do next have some lovely sunshine your Lantern will be illuminating your garden once darkness falls!
