“I've previously purchased a set of lights from lights4fun in the past, and the "warm white" listed was as advertised. Unfortunately, this set glows in a more icy tone. As this doesn't compliment my previous set I am looking to get a refund on this purchase.”

Hello Alice, Thank you for your review. We are really sorry that these lights are not suitable for you with them being more of an Ivory Warm White rather than a Golden Warm White which is what I think you are looking for. I have just tried phoning you to discuss returning the lights to us for a refund but I'm sorry that I missed you. Hopefully we can speak soon to get this resolved.
