“I haven't opened the parcel yet but I'm sure that the snowman will be appreciated by my granddaughter . Soon after my order, I suddenly thought of a problem and rang your office in the U.K. The parcel was already is the dispatch warehouse ( that's really quick service!!). However the person to whom I spoke was very helpful and agreeable. Thank you very much.”
