“Slightly disappointed with buying the 2reindeer one of the reindeer had a continental plug on the transformer. And worked for one day only then packed up all together. Second reindeer worked until the second day after Christmas. I spoke to some one who promised to send us 2 transformers but they have’nt arrived yet. I realise it could be the Christmas post. hopefully as two oaps we shall be here next year to see them working”

“I absolutely adore my reindeer - After years of searching, finally found one in warm white. Alas, my beloved reindeer had a mind of his own and only comes on when he wants to. Customer services were amazing - the best I am yet to experience - and replaced the reindeer and I’m delighted to say the new one is perfect. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this item and company did deserve it!”

“2 x LED Reindeers purchased, look well when light and the power lead is long enough to sit them outside, however the ‘plastic crystal’ glued around the frame is poor and breaks off. 5% was already broken off when unpacked, needs to be of more malleable material & glued in Place with more care. I can see these only lasting 2 seasons and at £150....”
