“I purchase these tapers along with the infinity wick tea lights. I received an email from Sheva Hi Karen, Thanks for shopping with us. I hope your new piece brings a little warmth into your home. If you have any questions or thoughts about your recent purchase, we’re all ears. Just reply to this email I did respond to her email, 3 times over the next 2.5 weeks and still have not heard back. I love the candles BUT two of the tapers and one of the tea lights do not work properly and I asked for a replacement. So, 4 stars on the candles but 0 stars on the customer service.”

“I put the 10 I purchased in several windows yesterday after reading directions and calling the company. For future reference for future buyers, be aware that the timing is extraordinarily off I set the lights for 8 hours and they stayed on for at least 12 you also have to be about 3' away from the window in which you placed the candles for them to work I re reordered them since I dislike cords for window candles, always have did not discover until this morning there seems to be something wrong with the remote. They are on sale but will not arrive until after Christmas.”

“2 of the lights did not work. If I didn’t need them for the holiday season I would have sent them back. Instead I opted to use the 6 that did work and throw the other 2 in the trash.”

“While I have only had the candles set up for a couple weeks, we are already enjoying them. They are a little softer glow than the ones we had previously, but the fact that I do not have to have electrical cords hanging from the old candles in the windows and multiple extension cords around the rooms, greatly out weighs the softer glow of the candles. I am anxious to see the "life" of the candles but my initial assessment of the product is positive.”
