“They look very nice but not realistic flame, fairly dim with little or no radient light flicker. Also batteries were included but all were dead, as well as, the remote battery. Did speak with customer service and said they were sending out replacement batteries but never received them”

“Must not lose the remote control otherwise, you won't be able to operate the candle. Wish I knew this before purchasing. I hope I can exchange this for one that is also operatable without the remote so I can use it long-term. Talking to customer support now.”

Hi Amora, you can manually turn these Classic candles on and off by twisting the bottom piece. For more details about the on/off function, please refer to the product manual. Sorry for any confusion, hope Customer Service was able to help!
