“These lights flicker at a fast rate, creating the feeling of a strobe affect. Installed with recommended dimmer, and without on a straight switch. Nothing cured the flicker. Returned them as defective, only to be told the good news that after extensive testing for three days they'll be sending them back to me. Terrible service.”
