“I ordered this very expensive light and then my family got coivd, so our bathroom renovation was delayed. By the time I looked at the light fixture and realized the color was not as pictured, Lights.com said it was too late for a refund or even an exchange. The customer experience is your brand. You can make exceptions for scenarios and you choose not to. Plus it's impossible to even reach anyone! Most companies give you 90 days to return items like this. Your refusal to be at all helpful, especially since the color is bad, makes me not trust this brand and will not shop here again. Switching to Lumens forever. Thanks for stealing my $300.00”

“The style stopped my scroll and I couldn't believe the price. Once I received this fixture, I was so impressed by the quality. The packaging kept everything secure during shipping. I haven't had the type of light bulb that this fixture uses before, and I was pleasantly surprised by how bright it was, but not in a harsh way. The frosted globe gives the light a soft glow. I will definitely make this my first stop when looking for new lighting fixtures for other spaces in our home.”
