“I have ordered 2 items from this company. The first item, I asked to do an exchange for a different color and was told that they do not exchange. This confused me because they offer that option in their help section. My second order arrived missing parts. Although it's an "Open Box" purchase, the description on the website states that all items are like new. This item was NOT. It is missing 2 endcaps that finish the piece. It has been very difficult to try and reach customer service. I finally received an email stating the parts would be mailed as soon as they are in stock. I'm still waiting. This company has some beautiful lighting, but unfortunately, I would not recommend buying from them.”
