“The appearance of the candles is 5 stars with a lovely warm glow and great flicker. However, a third of the candles' timers are malfunctioning and never turn off after the first cycle.”

“I've purchased these candles before, but this time they've been redesigned and repackaged. The tapers are slimmer and more pointed, which is fine; but the timer doesn't work on half of them. They come on at all hours.”
