“Nothing like the picture. Tree was very spindly, not full as shown. Also very flimsy so ornaments droop. And some of the lights didn’t work. Was too late to return so I had to eat the cost.”

“The Christmas tree was junk and we returned it. We found that, although it looked nice, it had strings from one layer of branches to the other, holding up the branches. When you cut the green string off all the branches fell to the bottom. We returned it, and I’m waiting for confirmation that you received it in. My account will be credited. Thank you Lois Robbins.”

“The parts we received didn’t fit, so we had to tape it together to have a Christmas tree for Christmas this year. It was all crooked and didn’t look good. Really disappointing!”
