“I ordered the light and tried to cancel the order about 5 minutes later. I’d like to return them and am wondering how to do that. The text representative said they would send an email to process the return. I did not get an email until a few days later. When I tried to reply to the email, it was send back. I guess I’ll have to go back to the website and call. So far, I’ve yet to reach anyone via electronic communication.”
