“Dodgy billing operations. Lights.com will not refund the payment for a cancelled order. The cancellation occured a mere two business days after the order was placed online (over a weekend)—well before processing and shipping were completed, so there really isn't any excuse. I've been assured via email and phone by customer service that they are "looking into" the matter. It's been a month and a half. Finally filed a charge dispute with my credit card company. Ethics matter. Take your business elsewhere.”

“The larger of the two candles did not work. I did contact customer service who were very pleasant to deal with and they sent me a large candle to replace. I would give a higher score, but the quality control on these are not great, it is the second candle that didn’t work.”
