“The rope lights look very nice on our deck. They appear to be well made, so I feel they will last for quite some time. They only issue I had was I ordered 2 sets of warm white lights, when I opened the boxes 1 set was warm white and the other was bright white. We were connecting the lights together, so they needed to be both warm white. It took about a week for customer service to send a second set, again the box was marked warm white, and inside the box it was a string of bright white lights. Therefore, I now have 2 sets of bright white, instead of 2 warm white. I have decided to keep the warm white set and not return it unless it is requested by Lights.com. Since it was their error regarding sending 2 strings of bright white lights instead of the my original order of 2 warm white lights. Perhaps because the lights were on sale as "open box", they were labeled incorrectly. They were very reasonable in price! Thank you lights.com, products I have purchased previously are of very good quality.”
