“I live on the 15th floor of a huge complex overlooking the Capital Beltway outside of Washington, DC (495). I wrap the lights around my balcony rails and along with battery-operated candles and solar lights, as night approaches, my balcony lights up. Have had many comments. Costs me about $20 a month in batteries.”

“The switch / battery compartment corroded after about 2 weeks. The lights were used on a sheltered patio on a trellis without any contact to the ground. The lights are advertised as indoor - outdoor. These lights are NOT suitable for out door use. Lights.com would not refund my money or give me a credit.”

“I purchased the light for under an outdoor umbrella. The lights are very pretty at night when all lite up. I like the timer feature a lot. I definitely like the weather proof battery compartment. Best battery operated string lights I've found!”
