“I had been searching for these spherical glasses covers (and I had no idea they were called Spanish Replacement Glass), in order to replace several that had been accidentally broken over the years. I stumbled across them when doing a Google search and looking through online lighting catalogues. Finally I found illustrations at Andrews Light Up website. I rang the telephone number and spoke to the online support person, Karen, who was very obliging and helpful.She explained how the measurements should be calculated and she also guaranteed that if they didn't fit my lights I could send them back (paying the return postage myself, of course). I then ordered them late afternoon on a Thursday and on Monday at 7:00 AM I rceived a text message from the Post Office that they were in my post office box. That must have been a record for Auspost!”
