Wrapped in cheap clear plastic which had a black dust all over (not helpful when unpacking white linen), it made for a humble first impression. Unfolding one duvet cover, was then underimpressed by the fabric quality or softness (seemed rather ordinary) as well as the design and manufacturing quality (very basic look & feel). On a personal note, the ‘white’ colour option was unexpectedly bright and sharp with a blueish hue, too hard for a relaxed bedroom feel. Returned the set for a refund, which was granted promptly.”
