Customer service were fast and helpful - even in lockdown when I had a few questions. I was kept up to date by email and once ordered, my sheets were with me within the week. They are soooo comfortable and silky soft! I am really pleased with my purchase. Only downside was I ordered a week before and missed out on the free cushion gift !! Unlucky!”
